You may return your order from the date you place the order until 7 days after delivery of the ordered items. You may exchange your order with another product from the date you place the order until 14 days. The items would need to be sent by the customer.

If you wish to return your order, please email us or fill out the return form. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the returned items or proof that they have been sent back. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case, this will not generate any additional charges.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify us promptly. Four & Co will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
